Meet The Endodontic Specialist Team
Christine – Operations Manager
Christine joins us from the Pacific Northwest where she and her husband, Wade, raised their 4 children, Xavier, Carlos, Olivia, and Wade Jr.
Christine has 16+ years’ experience in both medical and dental office management and feels privileged to join Dr. Tancreto’s team at Concord Endodontics. She recently became a member of the American Association of Dental Office Management (AADOM). Christine is committed to providing the highest level of care for both patients and team members, ensuring that everyone feels welcomed and has a positive experience within the practice.
Since becoming a recent empty nester, Christine enjoys traveling with her husband and visiting their four children. Cooking, hiking and anything sports related are among her other favorite things to do.
Elisa – Financial/Insurance Coordinator
Elisa started her dental career as a Registered Dental Assistant in 1992. After 10 years of working in the back office, she transitioned to the front office and took on various duties on the administrative side, making her an asset to any dental office.
She joined Dr, Tancreto’s team at Concord Endodontics in 2018 and is currently our Financial and Insurance Coordinator. She works diligently to ensure our patients’ insurance is filed accurately and in a timely manner. Elisa shares her wealth of knowledge and is available to answer any questions they may have.
Beyond work, Elisa loves to relax and spend time in her backyard. She enjoys outdoor entertaining and anything succulents. She cherishes her time with family and friends.
Veronica – Registered Dental Assistant
Veronica has been our most tenured Registered Dental Assistant for the last 22 years. She joined Dr. Tancreto and his team in 2003, formally known as Contra Costa Endodontics. In 2014, Concord Endodontics was created and Veronica stood by his side.
Veronica is a highly experienced assistant, ensuring that all her patients are put at ease from the moment they walk in our door. Her smile is warm and friendly, and Veronica makes sure every patient has a smooth and positive experience.
Veronica is married to Arturo and has two children, Eric and Emily. Veronica really enjoys traveling and her favorite place to visit is Mexico. She also enjoys gathering with family, doing crafts and loves to dance.
Chalee – Registered Dental Assistant
Chalee began her career as a Registered Dental Assistant 27 years ago and has been in the Endodontic field for the last 18 years. She joined Dr. Tancreto’s team in 2007.
Chalee is a highly skilled assistant with many years of experience. She is compassionate and takes pride in making sure our patients are comfortable. It is her number one goal to make sure each patient has a pleasant root canal experience in our office.
Chalee is the mother of four beautiful daughters. When she is not at work, Chalee enjoys the great outdoors, gardening, reading and spending time with family and friends.
